The character of Thermostat Valve:
Thermostat valve is an important adjusting equipment for flow regulating of heating system.If the heating system without thermostat valve,it couldn't call calorie gathering and calculating system.The ratio (G/Gmax)of flow at settled temperature or highest of thermostat valve called ralative flow rate.The ratio1 of route at settled temperature or highest of thermostat valve called relative route rate. The relation between relative flow rate and relative route rate called the flow character of thermostat valve,is:G/Gmax=f(1).
The relation between them can assume several characteristic curve,like linear property,quick-opening flow characteristic, equal percentage flow characteristic,parabolic characteristic and so on.We can use thermostat valve of radiator to control interior temperature. The thermostat valve of radiator is consist of thermostat controller,flow regulator and a couple of connector. Thereinto, the core parts of thermostat valve is the unit of sensor, also called thermal bulb. The thermal bulb can response the temperature variation of surrounding environment and thus cause volume change, then drive trim of adjusting valve to cause displacement,come to adjust the discharge of stream to change the heat of radiator. Thermostatic valve can settle the temperature by ourselves,it can controll and adjust the discharge of stream of radiator according the settled requirements automatically, in order to control the interior temperature.
