This production line is mainly used for manufacturing the feeding line connecting, the communication transmitting equipment and transmitting antenna, jumper and corrugated outer conductor of all kinds of RF cables to be used in mobile telephone networks. In addition, the line is capable of manufacturing aluminum outer conductors of CATV coaxial cables. Features: 1) Welding current automatically follows the pull-off speed. 2) Corrugating head speed automatically follows the pull-off speed. 3) Specially designed forming tools to guarantee stable welding operation. 4) Specially designed corrugating die to guarantee the electrical properties of RF cables. 5) Specially designed electric control panel to guarantee smooth and stable welding. 6) Scrap take-up speed automatically follows the pull-off speed. 7) The annular and spiral thread can be corrugated and their depth and pitch can be adjusted. 8) Equipped with melt pool monitoring system of high definition and amplification. 9) Equipped with efficient cooling water system in order to guarantee continuous operation of the line
