Technical performance introduction
Huaao has introduced WSME all-digital welding machine which use "AVR" (microcomputer processor) control instead of traditional analog control (the main part influencing quality of welding machine).
It adopts digital "AVR" to treat all the welding data, monitor the entire welding process, and quickly respond to any change in welding process. As monitoring system can compare the actual parameters and set parameters, and make timely adjustment, it has created unmatched welding precision so far.
Welding power adopts IGBT soft-switch inverter technology to ensure stable welding current under power network voltage fluctuation and arc length change, and keep high self-adjusting ability of arc; and its quality critical components ensure the consistency of product quality.
Prominent features of WSME all-digital TIG welding machine:
Ⅰ. Structure
● The latest generation of Germany's Siemens full-bridge IGBT module, South Korea DW fast recovery diode module, and crystallite magnetic core of Beijing Antai Technology.
● Volume and weight (WSME-315 host only of 42 Kg) WSME series welding machine uses microcomputer processor technology and high-frequency inverter technology, reducing 20 percent of electronic components.
● Fault self-test function. It can automatically detect Internet voltage connected to the host (phase failure or fluctuation), internal components’ damages, or other abnormal circumstances, which is of great significance to welding machine protection and timely troubleshooting (welding machine without fuse).
● Background settings menu features, and adjustable advance air supply, start arc current, increase time, constant current regulation, decrease time, crater arc current, time delay, base value current, crater value current, pulse rate, pulse frequency, AC frequency, clearance rate, and AC off-set rate, which are set in inner module and regulated like on the computer, but not by buttons on the panel, which may interfere field of view of operators.
● Energy-saving, efficient, with efficiency up to 92 percent, power factor to 0.89, and save more than 40 percent of energy than the ordinary welding machine.
Ⅱ. Operation
● Intelligent panel, use two buttons “function” and “parameters” to realize functions such as advance air supply, start arc current, increase time, constant current regulation, decrease time, crater arc current, time delay, base value current, crater value current, pulse rate, pulse frequency, AC frequency, clearance rate, and AC off-set rate, easy to operate, not interfere field of view of operators, and reduce error in operation.
Ⅲ. Welding performance
● The most outstanding quality of the welding. The core of welding machine adopts microcomputer to treat all the welding data, monitor the entire welding process, and quickly respond to any change in welding process, with stable arc.
● Accurate arc starting. It uses high frequency arc starting method, with high success rate.
● Applicable to a variety of materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, copper, aluminum and aluminum alloy and other metals.
● Special four-step welding procedure can accurately set start arc current and crater arc current, and greatly reduce welding defects.
