Introduction of Rotary Dryer
Rotary dyer is mainly used for drying materials with certain humidity in ore dressing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, printing and other industries. Due to its strong adaptability, rotary dryer is capable of drying various materials, Moreover, it is easy to operate and stable, so it is commonly applied.

Structure of Rotary Dryer
Rotary dryer is mainly composed of heating device，feeding device, supporting device, cylinder, gears, discharging device and so on. Rotary dryer’s main body is a rotary cylinder with a certain inclination, equipped with combustion chamber, exhaust device, dust collector, and feeding device. High-temperature flue gas is used as the drying medium, which enters the dryer under the suction of ventilation device.

Classification of Rotary Dryer
According to different performance principles, dryer can be divided into rotary drum dryer, rotary dryer, hot air dryer, hot air stirring dryer, steam dryer, air flow dryer, sleeve dryer, energy-saving sleeve dryer, indirect heating dryer, fine powder dryer and so on. According to different purposes, it can be divided into sand dryer, coal powder dryer, quartz sand dryer, lignite dryer, gypsum dryer, clay dryer, semi-coke dryer, iron pellet dryer, metal powder dryer, slag dryer and so on.
