Detailed PO-film-coated EPE foam bag Description:


This is an environmentally friendly packaging material with cushioning and shock absorption performance. It has two layers. The outer layer is HDPE; the inner layer is LDPE, EPE, which is also called as epispastic polyethelene . It adopts the epispastic molding of talc powder, glyceride, butane, etc., and the whole process is only a physical change. Therefore, it has no toxin and is environmentally friendly. The EPE material added with antistatic agent has prominent anti-static property with a surface resistance of 108～1011Ω. The material made through the thermal sealing lamination of pearl sponge, PE film, and PO film can be made into coiled film material, sheet material or bag according to the requirements of customers. Its surface can be printed with product information, company LOGO and anti-static symbol to promote the company image…
It is soft, light and flexible. Through bending, it can absorb and disperse the external impact force to achieve the cushioning effect. It is mainly applicable to the packaging of electronic component, electronic communication equipment, auto part, furniture, medical equipment, fragile article, etc. Meanwhile, the EPE has a series of superior application characteristics, such as heat preservation, moisture barrier, heat insulation, friction resistance, and erosion resistance.
