GSM-PSTN ROUTER supports CLID, Call Restriction, Call Forward, Call waiting and Auto PIN entry for SIM card. It also supports line polarity reversal signal for billing which is widely used in payphone. One of main function is that GSM-PSTN ROUTER is also provide a interface for a fixed telephone line (PSTN) . It can receive from GSM or PSTN and make call to either of them. It determines the call type and directs the call to the corresponding phone service provider. That is, if you call a PTT number, it will make the call through the regular phone lines. If you call a GSM number, it will direct your call through the GSM company lines. Thus, your calls become cheaper, because calls made between the subscribers of the same operator have lower rates.
