6. We specialize in OEM thick plastic vacuum formed parts, sub-assemblies and products with low cost tooling, short lead times.
7. Experience with PMMA, ABS, PS, HIPS, PE, PETG, PVC and co-extruded plastics.
8. Sizes up to 300 x 200 CM (118x78 in) with deep drawing up to 80CM (31in).
9. Thick part forming up to 10mm (. 4 in).
10. Thin gage vacuum forming 0.8mm (1/32 in) products.
11. Secondary operations: CNC, sawing, laser cut, bonding, ultrasonic inserts, assembly, LED light strips, rotating.
12. Decorations: Distortion silkscreening, logo silkscreening, second surface silkscreening, laser engraving, painting, RF shield plating, decorative plating.
