The total investment beyond RMB 30 Million Yuan and we have 12 automatic capsule production lines, having an annual productivity of 3 Billion pieces. Our company covers a total area about 16, 000 square meters and construction area about 6, 500 square meters, with modernized 100-Thousand-Grade purification GMP workshops about 4, 800 square meters, in strict accordance with GMP standard plant design. And using of fully enclosed central air-conditioner guarantees clean production in constant temperature and humidity. Also it has inspection devices and storage area appropriate to production scale. The annual profit and tax are RMB 2.5 Million Yuan and annual revenue of RMB 30 Million Yuan.

Gelatin Capsules are available in various colors and sizes.

The Principal raw materials involved include TSE/BSE free Gelatin and Color Pigments. Bone gelatin of pharmaceutical grade is used; Colorants are used as per specific requirements of Customers and food colors are confirming to CH. P.

Advanced printing equipments are used to print perfectly on capsule shells. Several varieties like Linear Printing and Circular Printing can be chosen.

Our Capsules perform excellently on all type of filling machines including Fully Automatic at speeds as high as 150, 000 capsules/hr and all Semi Automatic Machines and Hand Filling Machines.

Our product is complying with Specifications as per CH. P in terms of Dimensions, Brittleness, Uniformity of weight, Disintegration Time, Microbiological Limits, Loss on Drying, Storage and Labeling. We maintain quality better than Specified in CH. P.
