Our Products/Services: Black silicon carbide is produced at high temperature in an electric resistance type furnace with quarts sand and petroleum coke as its main raw marterials .Its hardness is between fused alumina and synthetic diamond.Mechanical intensity of it is higher than fused alumina .It is brittle and sharp has electrical and heat conductivity in some degree.The abrasives made of it are suitable for working on cast iron,non-ferrous metal,rock, leather,rubber,etc.It is also broadly used as refractory material and metallurgical additive.
Green silicon carbide is produced as the same type as the black silicon carbide,except the different raw materials.It’s crystallization have higher purity and hardness.Green silicon carbide is suitable for processing hard alloy,metallic and non-metallic marterails with hard and brittle feature such as copper,brass,aluminium,magnesslum ,jewel,optical glass,ceramics,etc.Super micropower of it is also a kind of ceramics material.
White aluminium oxide is electrically fused in the furnace with high grade bayer processed alumina as raw material..It has high purity,ability of self-sharpening,better cutting,less heat emit,higher efficiency,acid and alkali resistance,good thermal stability.Abrasives tools made of it are suitable for grinding high-speed,high carbon steel ,etc.It also can be used as materialsfor grinding and polishing,precision casting,spaying and coating, medium body for chemical industry,special ceramics and high-grade refractory materials,etc.
Brown aluminium oxide is fused and crystallized under high temperature from a mixture of bauxite and other and other raw materials. It is characterized by its high hardness,good toughness and shape in size. Abrasives tools made of it are suitable for grinding metals of high-tensile strength such as: carbon steel,general-purpose alloy steel,annealed malleable iron and hard broze,etc.It also can be used as refractory materials.
