Our company holds six Lincoln automatic production lines of bifilar and double-side spiral submerged-arc welded (SSAW) steel pipes, one longitudinal coiling welded (LSAW) steel pipes production line and one anti-corrosion production line. The annual production capacity is 480,000 metric tons of different specifications of spiral welded steel pipes with outer diameter ranges from 219mm to 2,800mm and wall thickness ranges from 6mm to 30mm (standard: API 5L, grade: B-X80).
Our company is equipped with the main inspection equipments including 100T microcomputer control hydraulic general testing machine, impact machine, hardness tester, and microcomputer control metallic phase microscope, analytical balance, C-S analyzer, forming roll stochastic automata timing lubricating system, eddy current inspection machine, hydrostatic pressure testing machine, ultrasonic inspection machine, and spectrum steel diving machine.
