Our company, TECH-NOVA, has been producing EPS (Expandable Polystyrene wall foam blocks used in building and construction for a long time and we used to import EPS raw materials.
We have got the License to establish a plant for producing EPS raw materials (resin) in TURKEY.
We need EPS raw material production line, whole plant equipments including:
Know- how (Technology)
Reactor (60m3 DN3600) ?
Washing kettle (75m3)
SM(Styrene Monomer) Tank (1500m3)?
Pentane gas tank
Centrifuge (WT 500)
Drying system
Pure water system
Waste water system
Air compress system
Boiler system
EPS weighting system
…………….
And whatever else which is required for running the factory.

We can prepare styrene monomer and Pentane gas in TURKEY.
The output of the plant must be 60,000 TONS per year.
